Career Learning Outcomes
Career Learning Outcomes are guiding principles that outline the expected outcomes students should achieve through their engagement with the Career & Professional Development Center.

Career Learning Outcome 1: ASSESS
Students will:
- Engage in self-reflection to identify their core values, interests, and strengths
- Assess employment opportunities to determine skill and experience alignments/gaps
- Evaluate industry trends to inform their career decisions
Career Learning Outcome 2: BRAND
Students will:
- Communicate their unique professional identity, skills, and experiences in various professional contexts
- Articulate strengths and values in a way that resonates with the intended audience
- Align their message through various formats (documents, portfolios, social media, etc.)
Career Learning Outcome 3: CONNECT
Students will:
- Build and nurture a diverse network of professional relationships
- Foster connections to position themselves for lifelong career success
